This year, the festival became not only a platform for vibrant performances but also a true media space thanks to the work of the young journalists’ team from the KidsMedia Online School of Journalism. Led by Nadia Berg and Tanya Shirokikh, the team brought together participants from different regions — Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, and even Canada. Despite the distance, they are united by a shared passion for journalism and a strong desire to tell meaningful stories.
The work of the press center began even before the official opening of the festival. The young journalists prepared a series of interviews with members of the festival jury to introduce participants and guests to the people behind the important decisions, presenting them not only as professionals but also as inspiring and approachable individuals.
During the festival, the team worked at an intense pace: creating stand-ups, filming key events, and interviewing performers, capturing the most vivid and genuine moments. For them, this was not just a creative participation experience but a real professional practice — with tasks, deadlines, and genuine responsibility for the final result.
The work continues even after the festival: ahead lies the editing and release of engaging video stories that will allow everyone to relive the festival atmosphere and see it from a new, behind-the-scenes perspective. A whole series of reports filled with эмоциями, discoveries, and authentic stories is yet to come.
We sincerely thank the KidsMedia team for their creativity, dedication, and engaging, heartfelt content!
